About This Retreat

Dr. Farokh Master

Dr. Master is renowned for his successful treatment of serious physical pathology. In this advanced homeopathic training, Dr. Master will share the experience and knowledge he has gained over the last 32 years.

While new ideas are capturing the imagination of homeopaths, Dr. Master guides with a steady hand, revealing the power and efficacy of properly practiced, classical homeopathy. With his guidance, we gain greater confidence in our own prescribing, in both acute and chronic cases.

Topics Covered

Below you will find a general list of topics to be covered in this seminar. However, this is a clinically based seminar, where we will see about two dozen live cases. Dr. Master’s afternoon materia medica teachings, as well as his case analysis lectures, follow directly from our morning patient’s pathologies & prescriptions. In past seminars, this method has resulted in very lively and relevant lectures. The pathologies seen will range from minor acute injuries to life threatening chronic diseases. Also, the questions and answers are very practical and allow us to experience first hand how a great homeopath handles the very same problems that we face in our own daily practice.

  • Management of renal failure and cancer
  • Management of cardiology and respiratory disorders
  • Management of childhood disorders, respiratory allergies, behavioral problems and eczema

Intimate and Personal

Limited to 25 participants, this intimate homeopathic retreat will be an opportunity to observe and engage personally with one of the world’s greatest homeopaths. Dr. Master will conduct live cases each morning at SHRI’s Homeopathic Clinic. Dr. Master’s case taking style engages us in interactive group discussions, which usually inspire his afternoon lectures. He will also present video cases in the afternoon, which demonstrate aspects of his lectures and directly respond to seminar participant’s questions or interests. Dr. Master often joins the group during breaks, meals, and the day off activities. The peaceful location creates a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Coming together to help others, in a stimulating seminar setting creates a memorable and meaningful experience for all involved.

Spectacular Setting

This retreat will take place in Gunhare, a small village about two hours south east of Dharmashala India. Dharamshala is home to the Dalai Lama and many other great spiritual leaders. Also, these mountain regions of northern India have served as pilgrimage destinations for devout Hindus for over one thousand years, and are speckled with sacred treasures. Some free time has been scheduled into this retreat to allow for quiet reflection, inspired conversations and optional group trips to sacred Buddhist and Hindu temples, cultural events and trekking in the magical and majestic Himalayas. Each year we do our best to offer optional yoga and meditation classes each morning. Opportunities to shop for Tibetan and North Indian crafts, clothing and art will be provided, at high quality and honest vendor locations.
